For nut lovers only!
6 medium size eggs
1 Pk. Vanilla sugar
400g ground nuts (any kind)
2 tbsp very fine bread crumbs
2 tsp baking powder
250g sugar
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until very light, about 10 minutes. Mix nuts, bread crumbs and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Put the dough in a greased form and bake for about 60 minutes at 175°C. You can cover with chocolate glaze if desired.
