Naan Bread

Very easy and very delicious.....

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well. Pour the milk-oil mixture in the well and start gently mixing all the ingredients. If it's to wet add flour and if to dry some more milk. Take it out and give it a good knead. Put the dough back in the bowl and let it rest for about an hour in a warm place.
Put a cookie sheet in the oven and preheat your oven to the highest possible temperature. Take small portions of the dough (about egg size) and roll it out and prick holes with a fork.
Turn on the grill function and place the naan on the hot cookie sheet. Bake on the top rail for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and coat with melted butter.
