2 onions
2garlic gloves
600g Hokkaido pumpkin
250 ml whipping cream
150 ml milk
4 very fresh eggs
Salt, pepper
3 teaspoons dried marjoram

2 tablespoon olive oil
lemon juice
Cut the bacon, onions, garlic and pumpkin into small pieces. Whisk together the cream, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and marjoram.
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Let cook as required.
In the meantime heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon for about 3 minutes. Add the the onions, garlic and pumpkin and fry for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain the noodles and add to the pumpkin mixtures, pour the cream egg mix over it and mix well. Add some lemon juice for tasting and serve.
